Betterware de México, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (NYSE: BWMX) increased its quarterly dividend to $0.361 per share from $0.306, a 17.97% rise. The consumer-products company’s shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 6, 2026.

The annual dividend is $1.27 per share, producing a forward annual yield of 7.86% based on a share price of $16.28. Betterware has a market capitalization of $606,331,072.

The increase follows the company’s incorporation of Tupperware’s Latin American operations. Betterware, which now operates under the BeFra corporate identity, brings together the Betterware home-solutions business, beauty and personal-care company Jafra, and Tupperware’s regional food-storage and drinkware operations.

In its second-quarter results, management said revenue increased across all three brands and that Tupperware made a positive contribution despite being included for only one month of the reporting period. Betterware’s core business maintained commercial momentum, while Jafra returned to sequential growth following changes to promotions, product innovation and consultant recruitment. The company’s earnings release also cited continued expansion in Latin America.

Management said the board remained committed to quarterly distributions after reviewing results to date. The company attributed the increase in its aggregate distribution partly to additional shares issued for the Tupperware acquisition, while saying the payment preserved per-share value. The latest distribution represents the company’s 26th consecutive quarterly dividend payment since its public listing, according to the company’s SEC-filed announcement.

What it means for income investors

The higher quarterly rate increases the cash income attached to each share, while the ex-dividend date determines eligibility for the declared distribution: investors purchasing on or after Aug. 6 would generally not receive it.

The increase does not establish an annual dividend-growth streak. Betterware has zero consecutive growth years in the supplied record and previously reduced its dividend in 2025. Its dividend-safety score is 47 out of 100, corresponding to a C grade. Those measures provide context for the 7.86% forward yield: the current payout is higher, but its history has not been consistently upward.
