Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ: LFUS) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.80 per share from $0.75, an increase of 6.67%. The technology company’s shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 20, 2026.

The higher rate translates to an annualized dividend of $3.20 per share. Based on a share price of $412.26, the forward annual yield is 0.78%.

The increase extends Littelfuse’s record of annual dividend growth to 15 consecutive years. That consistency is notable even though the stock’s yield remains modest compared with many traditional income-oriented equities.

Business and financial context

Littelfuse supplies technologies used to control, protect and distribute electrical power. Its operations span electronics, transportation and industrial markets, giving the company exposure to applications ranging from circuit protection and semiconductors to automotive sensors and industrial equipment.

The dividend increase follows a period of improving operating performance. Littelfuse reported second-quarter growth across its geographic markets, with higher electronics volumes and contributions from the Basler acquisition supporting results. The company’s Industrial segment also benefited from stronger circuit-protection volumes, operating efficiencies and favorable product mix, according to its latest quarterly filing.

The same filing showed that Littelfuse historically funds its liquidity needs through operating cash flow. Management said its cash resources, expected operating cash flows and available financing were sufficient to support operations, capital spending, investments and debt obligations. That assessment provides context for the board’s decision to continue increasing shareholder distributions, although the company did not publicly attribute the dividend increase to a single factor.

Littelfuse’s annual report says dividend decisions remain subject to the board’s assessment of earnings, available cash and general business prospects. The company also said it expected to continue paying quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, while noting that its credit agreements contain financial-ratio restrictions on distributions. What it means for income investors

The new payout adds $0.05 per share to each quarterly distribution and $0.20 per share on an annualized basis. Littelfuse carries a dividend safety score of 91 and an A safety grade. For income-focused shareholders, the main feature is the 15-year growth record; the 0.78% forward yield indicates that current income remains comparatively limited.
