Free Dividend Widgets for Your Site

Writing about a dividend stock? Embed live numbers instead of pasting figures that go stale. Each widget updates daily, needs no sign-up or API key, and is one line of HTML. Pick a widget, set the ticker and theme, and copy the code.

Prefer a link?

Every ticker has a stable page you can cite, for example smarterdividends.com/stocks/KO, with a dated "Key facts" block written to be quoted. The research notes and CSV datasets are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0. Journalists can find logos, boilerplate and citation guidance in the press kit.

Widget FAQ

Are the dividend widgets free?

Yes. Both widgets are free for any website, blog, newsletter archive or forum that accepts iframes. There's no sign-up and no API key. Please keep the small 'Dividend data by SmarterDividends' credit line visible.

How often does the widget data update?

Every day. Prices, yields and ex-dividend dates refresh each morning from the same data behind SmarterDividends' stock pages, and the widget is cached for up to an hour.

Will the widget slow my page down?

No. Each widget is a small, script-free HTML page loaded in an iframe with loading="lazy", so it doesn't load until a reader scrolls to it and it can't run code on your page.

Which tickers are supported?

Any U.S.-listed dividend stock, ETF or fund we track, which is several thousand symbols. If a ticker isn't found the widget says so instead of showing stale numbers.

Can I change the size or colours?

Set the iframe width and height to fit your layout (340 × 250 suits the stock widget). Add ?theme=dark to the widget URL for a dark background. For a custom design, link to the stock page instead.
