ARKO Petroleum Raises Quarterly Dividend to $0.50

ARKO Petroleum Corp. (NASDAQ: APC) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.50 per share from $0.26, an increase of 92.31%. The ex-dividend date was Aug. 18, 2026.

The increase follows ARKO Petroleum’s first dividend as a publicly traded company. The earlier $0.26 distribution was prorated to cover only the portion of the quarter following the company’s initial public offering, rather than representing a full-quarter payout. ARKO Petroleum has said it intends to pay a regular quarterly cash dividend, although each declaration remains subject to board approval. ARKO Petroleum’s latest quarterly filing

ARKO Petroleum completed its initial public offering in February 2026 and trades under the ticker APC. The offering separated the fuel-distribution operation from parent ARKO Corp. while leaving the parent with a controlling economic and voting interest, according to the company’s annual filing. The company distributes fuel to third-party dealers, fleet customers and retail locations associated with its parent. Its operations span wholesale fuel supply and cardlock sites, which are generally unattended locations serving commercial fleets. ARKO Petroleum describes itself as one of North America’s largest wholesale fuel distributors by gallons. ARKO Petroleum 2025 Form 10-K

Management has said future dividends will depend on factors including discretionary cash flow, working-capital needs, capital spending, debt service and the board’s assessment of prudent business requirements. The company’s stated objective is to provide a consistent and growing dividend that can be sustained over the long term, but it does not guarantee future payments. What it means for income investors

The larger payment establishes the company’s intended full quarterly rate after its prorated initial distribution. Because ARKO Petroleum has no consecutive annual dividend-growth record, the increase should be viewed in the context of its recent public listing rather than as part of an established growth streak. Future payments remain at the board’s discretion and will depend on the company’s cash generation and other capital requirements.
