FTAI Aviation Ltd. increased its quarterly dividend to $0.50 per share from $0.45, an 11.11% rise. The ordinary shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 12, 2026.

The increase brings FTAI’s annualized dividend to $2.00 per share. At a share price of $209.70, that equates to a forward annual yield of 0.95%. The industrial company now has one consecutive year of dividend growth.

FTAI announced the higher distribution alongside its second-quarter results. Management attributed the quarter’s operating momentum to record performance in Aerospace Products, a major customer contract for FTAI Power and continued expansion of its maintenance network. The company also highlighted new partnerships with GMF Indonesia and EgyptAir, intended to add engine-maintenance capacity and broaden its geographic reach. FTAI’s second-quarter earnings release

Chief Executive Joe Adams said the dividend increase reflected management’s confidence in FTAI’s outlook and ability to sustain growth. That statement represents management’s assessment rather than a guarantee of future distributions.

Business context

FTAI is an independent engine-maintenance platform focused on the CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B and V2500 engines used in widely operated narrow-body aircraft, including the Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320ceo. Its Aerospace Products operations develop, repair, refurbish and sell engines and aftermarket components, while its Aviation Leasing operations manage aircraft and engine assets. The company has also been shifting toward a more asset-light model through its Strategic Capital initiative, which uses third-party capital to acquire on-lease aircraft and engines. In its latest update, FTAI said it had completed deployment of its earlier strategic-capital vehicle and begun making aircraft acquisition commitments through a newer vehicle. What it means for income investors

The higher rate increases annualized dividend income by $0.20 per share compared with the previous quarterly rate maintained for a full year. The 0.95% forward yield remains modest relative to many income-focused equities, reflecting the company’s $209.70 share price. SmarterDividends assigns FTAI a dividend-safety score of 79 out of 100, equivalent to an A grade. The ex-dividend date has passed, so the increase primarily establishes the current income run rate for subsequent quarterly declarations, which remain subject to board approval.
