Northeast Community Bancorp Raises Quarterly Dividend 25%

Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NECB) increased its quarterly dividend by 25% to $0.25 per share from $0.20. The shares traded ex-dividend on July 7, 2026.

At the new rate, the financial-services company’s annualized dividend is $1.00 per share. That represents a forward yield of 3.76% based on a share price of $26.41. The increase extends NECB’s dividend-growth record to two consecutive years.

The board’s action is part of a broader capital-return strategy. Chairman and Chief Executive Kenneth Martinek said in the dividend announcement that dividend payments and share repurchases remain components of the company’s long-term commitment to shareholder value. Northeast Community Bancorp began its third stock-repurchase program in December 2025 and had repurchased 239,894 shares under the program by June 30, 2026, according to its latest earnings release.
