Ubiquiti Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $1 a Share

Ubiquiti Inc. raised its quarterly dividend to $1 per share from $0.80, an increase of 25%. The shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 31, 2026.

At the new rate, Ubiquiti’s annualized dividend is $4 per share. That represents a forward annual yield of 0.67% based on a share price of $590.02.

The increase coincided with Ubiquiti’s latest quarterly and full-year results. The networking-technology company reported record revenue for both periods, providing business context for the board’s decision to lift the distribution. Ubiquiti said it develops platforms for distributed internet access, managed network infrastructure, cameras, access devices and other connected equipment used by enterprise, industrial and service-provider customers. Ubiquiti fiscal-year results

Ubiquiti indicated that it expects to maintain regular quarterly cash dividends at the new rate during the coming fiscal year, although each distribution remains subject to board approval. The company said future decisions will consider its financial performance, available cash and cash flow, capital requirements, legal requirements and other relevant factors. Ubiquiti Form 10-K

The increase gives Ubiquiti one consecutive year of dividend growth. Its dividend safety score is 83 out of 100, corresponding to an A grade. Those measures indicate a comparatively strong current dividend profile, though they do not guarantee that future payments will be maintained.

What it means for income investors

The higher rate increases the quarterly cash income attached to each share while establishing a new annualized dividend of $4. However, the 0.67% forward yield remains modest in income terms because of Ubiquiti’s $590.02 share price.

Investors who purchased shares on or after the Aug. 31 ex-dividend date are not entitled to the declared distribution. Future quarterly payments are not automatic and will depend on fresh board approval, with operating results, cash generation and competing capital needs among the factors management has identified.
