Home BancShares, Inc. (NYSE: HOMB) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.23 per share from $0.21, an increase of 9.52%. The shares traded ex-dividend on Aug. 12, 2026.
The increase extends the financial-services company’s record of consecutive annual dividend growth to 15 years. At a share price of $30.06, the dividend carries a forward annual yield of 2.84%. The company’s annual dividend-per-share figure is $0.86.
Home BancShares is a Conway, Arkansas-based bank holding company and the parent of Centennial Bank, which provides commercial and retail banking services. The dividend increase follows a period of business expansion. Home BancShares completed its combination with Mountain Commerce Bancorp during the second quarter, adding a presence in Tennessee.
