Bank First Corporation (NASDAQ: BFC) raised its quarterly dividend to $0.60 per share from $0.55, an increase of 9.09%. The shares traded ex-dividend on Sept. 23, 2026.

At the new rate, the financial-services company’s annualized dividend is $2.40 per share. That represents a forward yield of 1.59% at a share price of $148.39. The increase extends Bank First’s record of consecutive annual dividend growth to 12 years.

The higher payout follows a period of expansion for the Manitowoc, Wisconsin-based company. Bank First is the holding company for Bank First, N.A., a relationship-focused bank serving individuals, families and businesses. The company said in its annual report that it has expanded through both organic growth and acquisitions, including a merger that extended its footprint into northern Illinois and added trust and wealth-management capabilities. Management also has emphasized core deposit relationships and operating efficiency as central to its strategy. In the annual report, the company said its combination of relationship banking and operational discipline supports consistent earnings and allows it to return capital through dividends while continuing to invest in employees, technology and communities.

Bank First’s latest regulatory filing showed total assets of $5.95 billion and deposits of $4.99 billion as of June 30, 2026, compared with $4.51 billion and $3.70 billion, respectively, at the end of 2025. The balance-sheet expansion provides context for the dividend increase, although the company did not attribute the action to a single factor in the materials reviewed. What it means for income investors

The increase lifts the recurring quarterly income attached to each BFC share and preserves the company’s 12-year growth streak.
